Regional Office, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam Ltd was established at Dehradun on 01 Aug 1996 at 176, Haridwar Road, Dehradun. Col PS Negi (Red) was the first Divisional Officer. Subsequently the Regional Office shifted to Saharanpur on 15 Jul 2009 and located at House No – 459, New Awas Vikas Saharanpur. The Regional Office also entrusted with additional task to look after Delhi Region.
The Regional Office was once again relocated to Meerut on 21 Apr 2011 and has remained there since then. The RO has grown from a small strength of approx 600 in 1997-98 to approx. 2400 now. It has five districtt of western UP in its Area of Responsibility viz Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Shamli and Baghpat.
