
Historical back ground of RO UP Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam Ltd., was established on 23rd May 1989 as UP State Government undertaking under section 617 of Companies act 1956. On 3rd January 1997, Regional Project Office, Lucknow was separated from Nigam HQ to function independently under the direction of Nigam HQ for rehabilitation and welfare of ESM and their wards, widows and preventing their exploitation by private security agencies.
This office facilitates the highest quality of technical, administrative, and security service to various Central/State Government Departments/CPSUS/PSUs/Private Establishments by providing competent, well trained, honest, smart, highly disciplined, dedicated, physically fit and mentally tough Ex-Servicemen who have 25 to 30 years' experience in their respective trades/jobs. Apart from this, they have inherent capacities to tackle emergent situations e.g. firefighting, emergency first aid, handling/operations of security gadgets and minor repairs.
All administrative control including placement of employees, execution of contract/agreement, submission of monthly wage bill, distribution of wage to the employee, submission of EPF, service charge, GST etc. is exercised by this office.
