The regional office Agra, Uttar Pradesh, Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam Limited was established in November 2000 under Section 617 of the Companies Act 1965 and Section 2 (45) of the Companies Act 2013 for the rehabilitation and welfare of ex-servicemen, their dependents, and the wives of soldiers who were martyred in war, initiated by the then Project Manager Colonel C.K. Singh.
